Union train pulls into town unaware of the Red cavalry in the area.Train by Redoubt Enterprises Hovels church in the background converted and painted by Touching History .
Union troops on the rear carriages.

Hear they come! Reb cavalrey attack figures from Foundry with a couple of Perrys all painted by Tony at the War office flags by The Flag by the flag Dude

First casualties heading for the rear Perry figures.

The Iron brigade let rip these figures are from Foundry range of figures although these were not sculpted by the Perry Twins.

Union troops seem to have seen off the attack.

No hear they come again.

More Rebs.

Tony has based the hole collection on plastic Flames of war bases this collection has approximately 1500 pieces believe it or not this was not really a period I was that interested in until I saw the Civil war on the History channel after that read The battle cry of freedom and was hooked. I will add to this over the next couple of years if the Perry's keep releasing new figures.

Not a great pic Perry's horse holder outside a scratch built Barn by Touching History.

Massed rebel cavalry.

I think I will add some of Quantrils raiders to this brigade.

Come on boys.
