Mutiny Brits fleeing by river

Hi guy's,
Having read a fair bit about the British in India I think it's fair to say the great mutiny was one of the goriest chapters in our colonial history with many horrors inflicted by both sides. These scenes I think typify that feeling of danger behind every bush which was the case for some and felt by many.

Mutineers spot the Brits on the river foundry figures.

Boat by scheltrum with some perry head swop's and foundry additions.

Passengers scurry away from the jetty as another boat arrives.

Figure's painted by the war office.

Foundry civilians.

Brit's trying to give cover.

Greenry from the last valley.

Terrain tile from TSS croc from foundry.

Scene from the British side of the jetty.

Close up of the boat I have three of these and will add a couple filled with civi's in the future.

Trying to reach the safety of the camp

The war office made a cracking job of the limber.

Birds eye view cut the river into a TSS tile quite simple but messy to do.

  1. I do like the river. The swirling effect around the rocks looks very effective.

Of course, it goes without saying that I like the rest of the terrain and figs too!!

  2. Thanks KP the swirling effect was by accident, that was the result of me trying to speed up the drying of the varnish with a hair dryer but it look's good in the pic's I have to agree.
