Chasseur a Cheval

Hi gents
Reached the limit for picture storage on the blog (I didn't realise there was a limit!)  took me a while to sort that out so without further ado here are the latest additions to my Napoleonic collection.

Perry miniatures

Painted by Dave Jarvis
I have recently increased the size of the infantry battalions to 48
so for balance the cavalry will be in 24 man units.
Now heading towards the 2000 figure mark with this collection

I love the sculpting on these.

I think the blue really pops on this figure.

That's it for now need to get some basing done!
Best wishes
Willie

  4. Blogger does have a pic limit...all you need do is host them on Tinypic (no limit) photobucket (bandwidth limit) or similar, then insert the URL to blogger. If I´d stuck to blogger I´d have run out ages back..(500 plus posts @ 5 pics per post...!!)
    Lovely Chasseurs!!!

  6. Those chasseurs are marvellous, Willie. The green is perfect, I think. Upgrading to Pro on Photobucket is worth doing - you don't have to worry about all your pics vanishing when you get near the end of each month!

    Best wishes

  9. That is interesting to know with the photo limit, I will have to get my head around what was mentioned above.
My word, they are big units and a 2000 figure collection - and growing. Lovely paint job on the figures BTW

  15. More fabulous figures. I think this might be the best version of this famous unit that I have seen in miniatures.
