Charles V and a few bits & pieces!

Hi,

Painted a few bits and pieces over the last few weeks here are some mixed with the Italian war collection!
Still working on some French Napoleonic and various other bits and pieces.

Painted a couple of weeks ago Charles and his horse holder from Redoubt.

Redoubt I know are not the greatest figures but I think they turned out ok.

Artisan landsknecht  with Foundry mules.

Another Redoubt figure helping himself to some wine.

Command base by Phil Olley.

Gambling troops painted by me again Redoubt.

Landsknechts signing on for service another set painted by me.
Last shot pike on the move.
Huge amount of figures sent to James Roach last week to be coloured but I suspect it will be next year before these make an appearance back here as he is still doing the balance of the Punic collection at present.
Will keep you posted on the progress.
Best wishes
Willie

  1. Lots of really nice pics there. A good mix of manufacturers and some really good vignettes. Great colour and character there. Thanks for posting.

  3. Lovely looking stuff yet again! As to Redoubt miniatures not being the best I think the quality varies from range to range. Their ACW for example is excellent as they pack a lot of character in each figure and they are very painter friendly. Overall I'm a big fan of Redoubt figures.
