Time to get the Romans out.

Hi gents,
I thought I would get the Romans out for a few pics. Its been all Napoleonic here for a while but there is more going on behind the scenes.Still a few hundred Romans with James the painter and a huge amount of Italian wars stuff which hopefully will start to filter through soon pics of these as they appear.
Roman siege tower in action.

This is the games workshop piece that came with Phil Olleys Polish collection.

Renegade figures painted by James Roach.

Still a couple of hundred of these to come from James.

These shields were white but I wanted the red look so got the paints out and covered the white.

The towers are very handy for various eras.

Slings simple but effective weaponry.

The tower is covered in hides.

This is about to get messy.
Back to Napoleonic after these with today's new arrivals.
best wishes
Willie
