Assassins

Feels like ages go I last posted so here is a few pics that didn't make it the last time round.I want to recreate all the factions of the Crusades so the assassins will be represented in both their military and clandestine roles. The pics here shows them in the role most of us will be familiar with when the name assassin is used.Contray to popular belief the assassins killed more Muslim leaders than christian here the Bishop of Acre is about to fall victim as Conrad De Montferrat has not been sent off or painting just yet.

A lurking assassin.

The assassins used disguises such as dressing as monks.

A dagger was the weapon of choice.

Bishop unarmoured is an easy target

Another dagger gets ready

I don't fancy his chances

A few new additions this week will post when they arrive.
Best wishes
Willie
