Last stand in St Annes Chapel

 Hi Gents,

Been a while since the last post still collecting and have some new arrivals that are due to be shown next week. In May my wife and I visited Malta which was great we stayed in Valetta which was like living history itself. First day we went down to St Elmo and visited St Anne's chapel this is where the last defending knights made their last stand along with two priests who stayed with the defenders.
These figures are a mix of manufacturers but mainly Eureka for these pics.
This is how I imagine the seen inside the chapel.

A grizzly fate awaited the Knights after the battle the bodies where decapitated and the bodies nailed to wooden crosses and floated towards St Angelo across the Bay to terrify the defenders.

Local myth has the ghosts of the knights can still be seen from time to time.

The figures are brought to life by the brush of Dave Jarvis.

Really pleased with this collection.

The Knights commander after seeing the mutilated bodies of his brethren float to wards St Angelo ordered that the ottoman prisoners in the dungeons be brought up and beheaded the heads were then fired back to the Turks this is total war.

A lot of Janissaries arriving next week as the push to complete the Ottomans begins.

We plan to visit Malta at some point in the future what a great place.
Best wishes
Willie
